This page is ready for Google sign-in and Firebase. Until Firebase is connected, it works as a content editor that exports an updated content.json.

Allowed Gmail Accounts

Use real Gmail or Google Workspace addresses for the pastor and approved leaders.

Security note Client-side allowlists are for the editor experience only. Real protection requires Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules from ADMIN_SETUP.md.

Common Content

YouTube and Facebook

The live streams page is used as the public link. To embed an active livestream directly, add the YouTube channel ID.

Calendar

Add a public Google Calendar embed URL when the church calendar is ready.

Management Dashboard

These sections show the management workflows to connect to Firebase later.

Announcements Add title, date, flyer, description, and expiration date.
Events Manage special programs, conferences, youth meetings, and weekly gatherings.
Prayer Requests Track New, Praying, Followed up, and Closed requests privately.
Visitors Follow up with new guests, membership interest, baptism, and counseling requests.
Sermons Add sermon title, speaker, date, YouTube video ID, and topic.
Giving Update Zelle details and categories like Tithe, Offering, Missions, and Building Fund.
Ministries Edit ministry descriptions and contact points.
Audit Log Record who changed content and when after Firebase is connected.
